Now this should be fun...
So we got ourselves a mild snowstorm here last night...it's nothing compared to what the East Coast got last weekend, but enough to make driving really neat.
I volunteered to stay late last night, and wound up having a kooky woman keep me on the clock for an extra hour. In that hour of being in a holding pattern in the suburbs, the snow was heavy and the roads got pretty bad. My 15-mile drive home was...exciting.
It looks like the snow is pretty much over now...and I get to go try and pick up and deliver packages across the St. Louis area in my little Cobalt. Not sure how busy we're gonna be today, but Lord willing, I won't have to do any backwoods deliveries. I had to do a couple of those during a rain/snowstorm we had last week...wheeeee!
